Relief and rehabilitation issues

1	Department of Relief and Rehabilitation	KABIKHA	Upazila project Implementer	The total allocation from the Ministry is given to the Department of Relief and Rehabilitation. Relief and Rehabilitation allocates it along with the Deputy Commissioner. Deputy Commissioners are Upazila Nirbahi Officers / Upazila Chairmen and it is implemented through UP.
2	Department of Relief and Rehabilitation	KABITA	Upazila project Implementer	Allocation from the Ministry to the Department of Relief and Rehabilitation. Relief and Rehabilitation Department to the Deputy Commissioner. The Deputy Commissioner provides it to the Upazila Executive Officer / Upazila Chairman and sends it to the Upazila Committee after receiving the UP project. It is sent to the district commissioner for approval. After the approval of the district head committee, it was sent to the upazila committee in the form of GEO. The Upazila Committee implements the Kabikha project through the Union Committee.
